Digital Download Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital content, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once purchase is completed or materials are made available for download.

All materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchase of these materials grants the purchaser a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use or use within a single classroom or organization, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, resale, public display, or transmission of the materials, in whole or in part, by any means, whether electronic, digital, or physical, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law. Any unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
